Finish Well By Faith
Hebrews 11:21

1. Faith that starts with God is kept by God

Phil 1:6- And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:8-9- “[The Lord] will sustain you to the end, guiltless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.”

1 Thessalonians 5:23-24- Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.

Jude 1-2- To those who are called, beloved in God the Father and kept for Jesus Christ: May mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.

Romans 8:30- And those whom he predestined he also called and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.

2. Faith’s future breeds worshipful hearts
2 Timothy 4:6-8 For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.

2 Timothy 4:10 For Demas in love with this present world, has deserted me and gone to Thessalonica.

1 John 2:15 Do not love the things of this world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in Him.

1 Pet 1:8- “though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory.”
