Galatians 4:8-20

 

Big Idea: The heart of the pastor and the heart of the people should be bent towards one goal:Christ formed in you

 

1) Move from the slavery of idolatry back to freedom of intimacy with God (vv. 8-12a) 

 

2) Move from the preference of ear tickling back to the truth (vv. 12b-17)

 

3) Move from the focus on self-formation back to Christ-formation (vv. 18-20)
