Doxa Young Adults

Are you 18-24 and looking for community & the Word? Doxa Young Adults (DYA) is for you.

DYA is a division of our small groups ministry, and meets every Thursday night at 7 pm in the Student Room. A typical Thursday night includes fellowship time, teaching, coed small groups, and mens/women's breakouts. On the first Thursday of every month, we do a potluck, starting at 6:30 pm instead.

FAQ's

Who is DYA for? DYA is perfect for 18-24 year olds looking for community in a similar life stage and are passionate about the Word of God. Some people are in college, some are working, anyone in this age bracket is welcome!

What does small group time look like? Small group time mirrors Doxa's multi-generational groups. It's split into 2 parts: coed for about 45 minutes, and then we split into mens & women's breakout groups for prayer and deeper discussion. Groups are led by seasoned, older believers (typically 30+), but are also peer-led.

What is the potluck night like? Everyone brings a dish, and we begin the night with dinner. Afterwards, we typically play games or do a large-group activity. Potluck night begins at 6:30 pm.

How do I get involved or get more information? The best way to get involved & stay connected is through our GroupMe chat. For specific questions, you can email us at college@doxa.church.
